The management in this office is a joke. The office supervisor Shelby will tell you one thing and the “Patient Support” another. After arriving 8 min late for a procedure and being told I had to reschedule even though I was informed we could be seen as long as it was within 14 min of the scheduled appointment, I asked if we could receive a call if an appointment become available for the same day and was advised that would be possible and was added to a wait list. After leaving and speaking with the “patient support” people, I was told that Shelby informed us we had to be sitting in the waiting room for a same day appointment when obviously that’s not what we were told. I am beyond dissatisfied with this office. The only positive thing I have to say is Dr. Ward is a very compassionate doctor and is the only reason my grandmother is thinking about staying.

While I enjoy my doctor most of the staff are horrible and not professional. There are FEW decent nurses and administration. Most do not care about patients. As I said unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place and will be trying to switch to a different location. This is the only doctors office I ever have issues with. They need people in there who actually care about people and want to help people.

I brought in a woman today who needed blood work. Two staff members came out while we were in the waiting room. One of the staff members let us know that her insurance would need to be switched from the urgent care facility to the facility we were waiting in. The other staff member then quickly said "you'll be able to be seen before it's switched." We waited for over half an hour while the rest of the waiting room who arrived after us got called in. When we went to ask about how long we should expect before she is called back (we needed to let our employers know how long we'd be), the woman I brought in was berated and being told she now could not be seen before switching the insurance location and that this was a "whole big thing now." The staff worker was unkind, inconsistent, and should not be working with people. She continued to let us wait without any indication that they had no intention of calling her in before the insurance was switched. I will advise anyone and everyone I know to avoid this facility unless it is the only option.

The front desk was great. The nurses were great. The Doctors were awesome. And the check out lady was great. That was one of the best Doc visits I've ever had in my life. 💯👍

This is where I go. The staff is always helpful. Turn around time from appointment entry to end is between 1 to 1.5 hrs. Not too shabby. My doctor is great. I do not need to go that often and they work with Insurance. Nice children's area. Plenty of parking. The restrooms are family oriented. 👪 Requires mask which are available by the door entry. This makes sense since it is a medical facility. I like 👍
